Please note that in order to correctly deregister an Echo Studio, the device needs to be connected to the internet. Also that by Factory Resetting your Echo Studio, you will be removing any settings, applications and data that has been stored on the device.

Quick reference notes:
- Locate the volume down and microphone off button
- Press and hold down both the volume down and microphone off buttons for 20 seconds, or until the indicator light turns orange.
- Wait roughly 2 minutes while the Echo Studio resets.
Notes: Performing a Factory Reset on an Amazon Echo Studio will take roughly 2 minutes to complete. While the Echo Studio is being reset do not remove the power from the device. The factory reset will be completed when the Echo Studio informs you that it is ready to be setup.
